I had to quit Jenny Craig immediately. The first day I also thought I ate something poisoned. The pain was so bad I couldn’t sleep and my stomach was very sensitive for about 3 days. They didn’t warn me about the gas problem, I don’t know what they put in that food that makes your stomach so bloated. I had eaten food with high fiber content before but never had this problem. I was ready to go to emergency. I did quit but they didn’t return my money! Luckily I only paid one week of food.

I started JC on Saturday. By Sunday night, I was in such pain I couldn’t move. I thought I had burst through my intestinal wall. The gas pains were so severe I was completely doubled over. It was in my lower abdomen and then worked its way up all the way to my shoulders. I am an avid exerciser, eat lots of veggies and drink milk on a regular basis. I nhave never needed beano or lactaid in my life.
Today is Monday and I am now taking Phayzyme, beano, lactaid and didn’t even look at the Anytime bars. I am scared to death to even eat another meal,

I also experienced gas and cramping on JC. There is inulin in many products that have side effects of gas and cramping. The anytime bars have alot and I cannot eat them. I think inulin is in the foods that are sweet. I had the soft chocolate chip cookie and had lots of gas but no cramping. I am going to try beano before my muffin this morning. If it doesn’t work then I will not get any of the sweets (breakfasts and desserts) I will not eat the anytime bars again, due to the pain of cramping.

I took 2 Beano tablets (they were expired) before i ate the muffin and I think it helped. I will buy some new tablets and enjoy the yummy JC food.

I had a nightmare experience with Jenny Craig. Can’t say as I can review the diet as I never experienced it. Instead, I was scammed by the local franchisee. They took my money for Jenny Craig food and delivery high-fat, high-calorie food purchased at the grocery store.

This is a scam that is being perpetrated at multiple Jenny Craig locations. Home office in Los Angelos is aware of the problem but has not been motivated to police the franchises.

You can read my story in full detail at my Web site: JennyCraigAction.org

Extreme stomache pains with each meal and the anytime bars. Several weeks of pain, keeps me up at night. Tums, Milk of Magnesia, and Mylanta do not work. Not cool JC. What’s the fix? Is this the price to pay to lose the weight? =( Help us!
