I had to quit Jenny Craig immediately. The first day I also thought I ate something poisoned. The pain was so bad I couldn’t sleep and my stomach was very sensitive for about 3 days. They didn’t warn me about the gas problem, I don’t know what they put in that food that makes your stomach so bloated. I had eaten food with high fiber content before but never had this problem. I was ready to go to emergency. I did quit but they didn’t return my money! Luckily I only paid one week of food.
